Challenges / Client Needs:

BFree needed a complete line installation that would:

  • Deliver smooth, consistent product flow from start to finish

  • Integrate multiple machines into one reliable, production-ready system

  • Fit the available space while maintaining safe access, hygiene and clean-down practicality

  • Solve a challenging end-of-line transfer into the chill room without bottlenecks

Our Approach / Solution:
We delivered a full line install, with particular focus on the critical final transfer:

  • Installed and aligned the entire bakery line, including machinery, to create a single continuous process

  • Coordinated line positioning, interface points and commissioning to ensure everything ran as one system

  • Manufactured and installed a spiral conveyor tailored to the site layout and line speeds, feeding directly into the chill room

  • Ensured food-grade finishes and practical maintenance/cleaning access throughout

  • Completed commissioning and handover so the team could operate confidently from day one
