Challenges / Client Needs:
Tirlán needed to modernise critical sections of their processing line to support growing production volumes and improve energy performance. Ageing components were limiting efficiency and the existing layout required reconfiguration to better suit current processing demands.
Our Approach / Solution:
We carried out a comprehensive review of the plant’s mechanical and utility systems to identify bottlenecks. The project included:
Fabrication and installation of new stainless-steel process pipework
Upgrades to pumps, valves, and flow-control equipment for improved system reliability
Hygienic redesign of key process areas to streamline cleaning procedures
